Utilizando imagens do sat\u00e9lite <strong>Sentinel-2<\/strong>, esta cole\u00e7\u00e3o permite identificar detalhes que n\u00e3o eram vis\u00edveis na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de 30 metros, como infraestruturas urbanas, \u00e1reas de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o permanente (APP) e propriedades rurais com maior precis\u00e3o<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_e181595052cdcf82-48\">The <strong>Cole\u00e7\u00e3o 3 (beta)<\/strong> cobre o per\u00edodo de <strong>2017 a 2024<\/strong> e inclui <strong>22 classes<\/strong> de cobertura e uso da terra<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caracter\u00edsticas Principais<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> 10 meters<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sat\u00e9lite:<\/strong> Sentinel-2 (MSI)<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Per\u00edodo:<\/strong> 2017 a 2024<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abrang\u00eancia:<\/strong> Todo o Brasil, organizado por biomas e temas transversais<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etapas do Processamento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Constru\u00e7\u00e3o de Mosaicos e Embeddings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_e181595052cdcf82-54\">A primeira etapa consiste na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>mosaicos anuais livres de nuvens<\/strong><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sentinel-2:<\/strong> Utiliza a cole\u00e7\u00e3o harmonizada de reflet\u00e2ncia de superf\u00edcie (Level 2A)<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Satellite Embeddings:<\/strong> Pela primeira vez na Cole\u00e7\u00e3o 3, foram integradas bandas de &#8220;embeddings&#8221; (AlphaEarth\/Google), que funcionam como informa\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais para melhorar a acur\u00e1cia da classifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Digital<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_e181595052cdcf82-57\">A classifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 realizada de forma independente para cada bioma e tema transversal utilizando diferentes algoritmos de aprendizado de m\u00e1quina<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Random Forest:<\/strong> Algoritmo principal usado na maioria dos biomas e temas<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gradient Tree Boosting:<\/strong> Utilizado especificamente no bioma Caatinga<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deep Learning (U-Net):<\/strong> Aplicado para classes espec\u00edficas como Minera\u00e7\u00e3o, Aquicultura, Apicum, Culturas Perenes e a nova classe de Usinas Fotovoltaicas<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. P\u00f3s-Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o e Filtros<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_e181595052cdcf82-61\">Ap\u00f3s a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o, s\u00e3o aplicados filtros para reduzir ru\u00eddos e garantir a consist\u00eancia temporal dos dados<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Filtro Espacial:<\/strong> Remove pixels isolados ou \u00e1reas menores que 0,25 hectare (unidade m\u00ednima de mapeamento)<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Filtro Temporal:<\/strong> Corrige inconsist\u00eancias ao longo dos anos, garantindo que as mudan\u00e7as de uso da terra sigam uma l\u00f3gica ecol\u00f3gica e hist\u00f3rica<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Integra\u00e7\u00e3o das Classes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_e181595052cdcf82-64\">Nesta fase, os mapas individuais de cada bioma e tema transversal s\u00e3o sobrepostos seguindo <strong>regras de preval\u00eancia<\/strong><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>. Por exemplo, classes antr\u00f3picas espec\u00edficas (como Minera\u00e7\u00e3o ou \u00c1rea Urbana) costumam ter preced\u00eancia sobre classes de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o natural na integra\u00e7\u00e3o final<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Legenda da Cole\u00e7\u00e3o 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_e181595052cdcf82-65\">A classifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 hier\u00e1rquica e com o mesmo padr\u00e3o da legenda da colo\u00e7\u00e3o 10 (30m), mas limitada ao n\u00edvel 3, totalizando 22 classes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Floresta:<\/strong> Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Florestal, Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Sav\u00e2nica, Mangue, Floresta Inund\u00e1vel e Restinga
